We care about the proper contracts and any relevant settlements to be made still on the stage of recrutation.

The recruitment process starts with a precise selection of candidates that match employer's requirements.

Then all the selected applicants are interviewed thoroughly. OSKAR checks and gathers all the relevant documents such as ID, Passport, Driving Licence, required certificates, etc.

We also provide criminal and medical check of the applicants if neccesary.

When the recruitment process is finished we offer insurance and transport to the employer.
